Ok, blogger is fucking up on me for no reason. So... "goodbye blogger" I'm going to do this by hand from now on.

I wanted to wait until I got all my various rolls of film back (three from Michael's father, one from my sister, and my own), but I can always throw those up in the cam area when I finally obtain all of them. I have a few pics of Michael and myself from the Seder, but without the others you would get a slanted view of how my trip to NYC this month was.

As before, back in December, Michael and I stayed at his parents home. While we were away our roommate Mike cared for and protected from each other our babies (cats) Puska and Misia (Misia is still pregnant, no kittens yet).

Personally, and for Michael too, this trip was some kind of wonderful turning point in our relationship. I am basically clueless as to what caused it, or what's on his mind... all I know is that our feelings for each other took on a new quality since we got back. Something making me feel so warm and happy, more so than before, that I just have no idea what to do with myself.

First day there -the 17th- Michael, his parents, and I went to see the play 'Man of La Mancha'. The only thing I really have to say about it is that the set design was really neat.

Michael's cousins had two Seders before the one we attended at his parents house on the 18th. Without jabbering on too much... it's a nice feeling to feel welcomed into a home, and even more wonderful to feel accepted and appreciated there, and to be able to freely apperciate and accept other's as well. The food was great too. Haha.

Backing up... Earlier in the day on the 18th we went into Manhattan to meet up with my sister Lisa. First stop... Book Off. Where I picked up Kanon 2 and Mink volume 5 for a grand total of three bucks. How I love Book Off. Then we went for lunch at Olie's. After much debating and huffing about the $10.00/per tickets, we attended the New York International Auto Show at the Jakob Javits Center (which you can still go and see until April 27th). She has the roll of pics from that.

From there on the days are blurred for me, so I don't know exactly what happened on which day... when... etc. We attended Michael's cousin's birthday, caught dinner and an indie film with his parents... and sometime during the last full day there we hit Kinokuniya and the NYC Pokemon Center.

When I arrived home the YUKI 'Hummingbird' 6th single from Kana-chan was waiting for me ( doll... I forgot your url... I'll put it up when I find it... sorry ^_^;; ). And today... to my complete suprise the YUKI 'Commune' second album, a Shiseido makeup bag, and some kind of really delicious strawberry candies from Jonathan arrived.

On a final, more general note... these past twelve months... honestly... have me utterly thankful and happy to be a real, alive person. A walking, talking, living, breathing girl... living life. One so lucky it makes my heartache in the best way.

I've decided that if this doesn't work... this will be my last post using blogger as a base. I'll switch to manual.

So... what have I been up too? Well... I don't remember if I mentioned, but a few weeks ago we brought the stray kitten in. We call her Mi, but I wanted to name her Mishka... Michael and I agreed on calling her 'Misia' (pronounced Misha). We let her back outside after finding that she is pregnant with a litter and almost due. Then today Mike (our roomate) almost hit her with his car... so we all decided that for the good of Misia, we should bring her inside to have her kittens. Misia is still a kitten herself!

So that's that.

In more personal news, Michael and I will be heading up to NYC for the holidays this week. In preparation for that I decided now would be good a time as any to change my look. So now I'm typing with cute, sporty length (short), french manicured acrylics and my hair is now a few shades darker than before. Tuesday I'll be getting some of the length taken off and some kind of bangs. Yeay me.

I haven't been updating much because while sweetusagi is online, my email and ftp isn't working. I hate my host (well... the sweetusagi host anyway).
